Design Order
For orders for YBY Boxes UK design services, ybyboxes.co.uk does not offer credits or refunds; once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be changed.
● Customer Submitted Artwork
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the quality and suitability of the submitted artwork. Our designers and technicians create electronic or hard copy proofs from website users’ or customers’ submitted artwork/files. We require that your submitted artwork/files be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution at the final size and in CMYK format. Kindly note that ybyboxes.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any colour variations that may occur when converting from RGB to CMYK colour modes.
We reserve the right to refuse submissions of files that are not in CMYK format or that are not submitted at 300 dpi for the final size. This includes colour changes that result from converting non-CMYK files to CMYK.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your print-ready artwork and files are accurate, including any problems with page alignment or orientation that may arise from your submitted documents.
We make every effort to prevent the loss of the data or artwork you send, but we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to such materials.
When you submit artwork or files to our website, you acknowledge that you are either the rightful owner of the content you are uploading or that you have the necessary permissions to use it.
We have the right to reject any order that we believe to be unlawful or to violate the rights of any third party. Regarding materials processed and printed on your behalf and per your orders, you assume full legal liability.
We reserve the right to reject an order for any reason at all. Please be aware that inappropriate, offensive, or indecent content will not be accepted for printing.
● Matching & Proofing
Customer approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet is necessary for all print jobs. After an order is placed, customers will receive final artwork proofs and a job specification sheet via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all information in the specification sheet, including delivery dates and production speed, and to make sure that all of their requirements are accurately noted. ybyboxes.co.uk will not be held responsible for any specifications or requirements that are not included in the final specification sheet.
It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the final artwork proof is checked; unintentional changes may arise from different file preparations; the final artwork proof is what will be printed.
After the customer approves the design file and job specifications, they will be sent to the production department and printed exactly as printed. ybyboxes.co.uk strongly advises printing out the proof at 100% scale to check positioning, spelling, and other design elements.
ybyboxes.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any design or spelling errors that the customer did not identify and promptly reported to us.
● Colour Accuracy
Regarding approved screen proofs, ybyboxes.co.uk is not liable for colour matching or ink density. Instead of focusing on colour or density, screen proofs evaluate the design layout, word accuracy, image proportion, and placement. Even though ybyboxes.co.uk makes an effort to match each colour’s gradient density in a duotone, the finished look cannot be ensured unless a customer requests a colour match proof.
Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for the final colour appearance of laminated products because the application of lamination may change or damage the look of printed colours.
Shipping & Delivery
The following product options are available when placing an order with ybyboxes.co.uk:
- STANDARD (Shipping Time NOT GUARANTEED)Free Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states; typically ships within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval. There is no guarantee regarding the timing of the shipping for Standard Service.
- PRIORITY – Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days: Free Ground shipping included within the 48 contiguous states; products will be shipped within 8 business days after final proof approval.
- EXPRESS – Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days: Free Ground shipping included within the 48 contiguous states; products will be shipped within 6 business days after final proof approval.
If approval is received after this time, one additional business day will be added to the shipping timeline.
Order Cancellation
Ybyboxes.co.uk enables any order cancellation before printing/shipping. Nevertheless, an item cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Order cancellations are permitted at any point during the production process, but there will be fees involved. You can get information about any cancellation fees from our customer service team.

Returns & Refund
Owing to the customised nature of our printing products and other services, you must notify us at ybyboxes.co.uk within 3 business days of receiving your order if you discover that the delivered product does not meet your order specifications. We will reprint your original order if we make a mistake or find a defect; the exact nature of the defect will be determined by our management.
To get the reprint of your original order, you must provide digital photos proving the product defect and return, at your own expense, the entire quantity of the original order to us within 5 business days of receiving the original order delivery.
